Founded by Louis Zachary—30+ years of experience and former President of Construction at Doran Companies overseeing $350M annually—and Steven Zachary, the company had zero marketing presence when I came on board as a freelance contractor, later transitioning to Director of Marketing.

Within three months, I built the complete marketing foundation: brand identity including logo design and a color palette emphasizing stability, trust, and professionalism, plus the full website in Webflow and scalable marketing systems including SharePoint setup, network administration, and brand asset management.

I accelerated production speed by 40% through AI-powered workflows for content creation—image generation, Claude-assisted copywriting, and Canva template automation—and created essential sales collateral including sales sheets, brochures, bifolds, and vehicle wraps.

Zachary Construction Group secured their first major project—the historic 1914 ADM Nokomis Mill at 3501 Hiawatha Avenue, winning a 12-0 City Council vote for demolition and housing development. Target's Global President of Marketing reviewed the site and called it “one of the best websites she's ever seen designed.”
