How a project runs
Four phases, one person through all of them.
- 01
Discovery
We align on the goal, the audience, and the scope. You get a clear proposal and a fixed price — no surprises.
- 02
Design
Strategy, structure, then high-fidelity design. You review and we lock the direction before a line of code is written.
- 03
Build
I build the approved design in code — the same person who designed it. No handoff, nothing lost in translation.
- 04
Launch
We ship it live, connect your systems, and I show you how to run it. Ongoing support is there if you want it.

The usual questions
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit books the work and the remainder is due at launch. Larger software projects are split into milestones. Everything is covered by a simple agreement up front.
Do you use templates?
No. Sites are designed from scratch and built in code (Next.js). That's why they're fast, custom, and easy to grow into.
How long does it take?
A landing page can be days. A full website is typically 3–6 weeks. Custom software depends on scope — but think weeks, not quarters.
What if I only need one thing?
That's fine. Pick a single scope — just a brand, just a site, just an app — or combine them. The pricing above is modular.
Who owns the work?
You do. On final payment, the brand, the site, and the code are yours, with the files and access to match.
Do you stick around after launch?
Yes. Care & support starts at $500/mo for ongoing updates and fixes, or you can reach out ad-hoc. I don't ghost.
Got a brand problem? A software problem? Both?
If you can describe the problem, I can design the solution and ship it. Tell me what you're working on and I'll come back with a scope, a price, and a timeline.
I reply within one business day.
